Each session includes guided breathwork, cold immersion, and sauna exposure. You’ll learn to calm your body’s stress response and build a deeper connection between your breath, mind, and body.

Yes. Everything we do is designed around controlled, safe stressors. Both cold and heat exposure are guided and intentional. You’ll always have support and instruction before, during, and after each immersion.

Not at all. Most people begin with our Introductory Session — it’s the perfect way to experience breathwork, ice, and sauna for the first time in a safe, guided setting.
