At Threshold, everything begins and ends with breath. The name itself captures what this place is about — learning to breathe better, live deeper, and cross into a stronger, calmer version of yourself.
In life, thresholds represent change — a doorway from the old to the new. Sometimes that means crossing into new beginnings, like a couple stepping into their first home. Other times, it’s what we call a pain threshold — the limit of what we can handle before we stop.
At Threshold, we explore both meanings. Breathwork, cold immersion, and sauna therapy help you meet your own limits safely and intentionally. Each experience is a crossing — from fear to calm, from chaos to control, from holding back to expanding forward.
